If you are utilizing our Magic Tag and plan to make significant changes to your website, it is important to understand that certain modifications can disrupt or remove the tag's configuration.
The required actions differ depending on whether you are migrating your server or changing your visual theme.
Migrating your website from one server to another can frequently result in the loss of critical configuration files, including the ads.txt file, the CMP, or the ad format scripts.
If you have changed servers, or are in the process of doing so, you must perform the following verifications:
Verify that your ads.txt file and your CMP (consent banner) are still correctly in place and accessible.
Check that the Magic Tag script is still present within your site's <head> section.
If the script is missing, you must re-integrate it.
If you wish to change your site's visual theme, or have already done so, it is mandatory that you inform our support team.
This notification is critical. Our technical team must verify that your existing Magic Tag ad configuration is still adapted to the new design. Adjustments may be necessary to ensure optimal ad placement and to preserve the user experience.
