To monetize a subdomain, it is a mandatory requirement that the main (or root) domain be registered and approved in your Moneybox.
Subdomains cannot be registered directly with our SSP partners as standalone properties; they must be associated with an approved main domain.
Register the Main Domain:
You must add the primary (root) domain (e.g., example.com) to your Moneybox for validation.
(Note: If your main domain is already registered and approved, you may proceed to step 3).
Achieve Main Domain Approval:
The main domain must be validated by our team. Once it is approved, you must correctly integrate the ads.txt file on the main domain's root directory. This action will unlock the ad formats.
Integrate the CMP on the Subdomain:
To monetize a specific subdomain (e.g., blog.example.com), you must separately integrate the CMP (consent banner) code on that subdomain.
Deploy Ad Codes: You can now use the ad format codes generated for the approved main domain and implement them on the desired pages of your subdomain.
Please be advised that all earnings generated from both the main domain and any of its monetized subdomains will be aggregated.
The revenues will not be reported separately in the Moneybox, as all properties are consolidated and considered to be part of the same approved site.
