When Do I Get Paid? Understanding the Payment Cycle

To receive an invoice and a subsequent payment, a publisher must meet several criteria, including having an active site, reaching the minimum payment threshold of 50 euros/dollars, and having complete payment information on file. Invoices are generated automatically on the 10th of each month and are paid on a 60-day cycle. This guide explains the standard payment process and how to track your invoices in the Moneybox.


Requirements for an Invoice

In order to issue an invoice, a publisher must meet the following conditions: 

  • Have a registered and active site.

  • Have reached the minimum payment threshold, which is set at 50 euros/dollars.

  • Have completed the payment information on Tipalti (if not, no invoice can be generated).

  • Not have a notice of termination in progress or be rejected.

The Standard Payment Process

Invoices are automatically generated on the

10th of the month for the previous month's earnings (to ensure all statistics are updated). The Moneytizer has a

60 days payment period.

-Scenario 1: Threshold Met Each Month If you earned $50 each month, you will receive a payment each month on a 60-day delay. For example, January's earnings are invoiced in February and paid in April; February's earnings are invoiced in March and paid in May, and so on.
-Scenario 2: Threshold Not Met in a Month You need to reach at least $50 at the end of the month to generate an invoice. For example, if you earn over $50 in January but under $50 in February, you will receive an invoice for January but
NO invoice for February. Consequently, you will receive a payment for January in April, but
NO payment for February in May.

Invoicing Details

Once created, invoices will appear in your Moneybox, under the PAYMENTS section. Invoices managed with Tipalti can be found in the bottom part of this section.
